The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey, The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug and The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies are released in December 2012, December 2013 and December 2014 respectively.

DVDs etc
The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey has already been released on DVD , Blu-ray, Blu-ray 3D
and Digital Download, but an Extended Edition will be available from 11th November 2013. It contains 13 minutes of extra footage and nearly 9 hours of bonus features, including an audio commentary by Peter Jackson and Philippa Boyens. It's available either as a 5 disc Blu-ray 3D/Blu-ray set, or as a 5 disc DVD version - both include UltraViolet, which allows consumers to download and stream the Extended Edition in high definition to a wide range of devices. It's also available as a Digital Download from 4th November (22nd October on iTunes).
Soundtrack
Howard Shore's soundtrack of The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey is available (eg from Amazon UK . A track list can be seen here... The album includes Richard Armitage and the dwarves singing 'Misty Mountains' (listen to an excerpt from this on YouTube.)
