Ellie Morgan (Christine Tremarco) is heavily in debt. Eventually, she decides to put her house up for sale, but in the midst of a property slump, there's little interest. Then, a prospective buyer calls to view it - John Mulligan (Richard Armitage).

John is interested in buying Ellie's house. She agrees to have dinner with him.

By the time this scene occurs later in the episode, Ellie and John have become close. But then her friend Maria reveals what she knows about John. Ellie initially avoids him, but then agrees to meet him in the park.
