"That's a burn"

This is a scene from episode 1 in which John Standring (Richard Armitage) dresses the wounded hand of Carol Bolton (Sarah Smart). The house of Carol's boyfriend Andrew Lawton has just burnt down, but Carol denies that she was there. The scene typifies their relationship in the early part of the story.
